Print Solutions Group has been a key Ricoh dealer for over 28 years and is now pleased to announce that Ricoh Australia Pty Ltd has acquired Print Solutions Group with effect from 2^nd May, 2011.

This means that all services and support previously supplied by Print Solutions Group will be provided directly by Ricoh Australia in future.

While the Print Solutions Group service team will be incorporated into Ricoh’s existing direct service team during this acquisition period, our customers will most likely continue to see the same familiar faces of technicians who have been servicing their equipment.

Ricoh Australia assures a commitment to continue to provide the high levels of customer service and support that our customers have received over the years from Print Solutions Group.

During the acquisition period Print Solution Group customers will be provided with information for ordering consumables and service calls and will also be sent replacement labels for their Ricoh equipment.
