The
Situation
The
Professionals team lead by Ian and Denise Wellstead has been
servicing Western Australia’s commercial property market for over
18 years.
The Wellsteads have always believed that their brochures
tell a lot more than the stories behind their clients’ properties.
They create the first impression of their business and reflect the
quality of service people can expect from them.
And they knew that
the output from their existing printer wasn’t communicating this
value.
The
Solution
After detailed
consultation, Print Solutions Group recommended a state-of-the-art
Ricoh MPC 4000 system along with Ricoh’s Laser Fiche document
management system.
The
Outcome
The Ricoh MPC 4000
allows the agency to produce brochures with photo perfect images and
razor sharp text.
And the property sheets displayed in the
agency’s reception now match the professional image created by the
modern and sophisticated office setting.
But the new device and document management system offers much more.
It has the speed to cope with high pressure situations; running up to 40 copies per minute.
Its easy to use, full-colour operator screen ensures jobs are quickly and intuitively sent.
Property brochures can be stored on the device and accessed easily.
It has a camera card slot so that photos can be instantly viewed and checked for quality immediately after being taken onsite.
It can print on card of up to 256gsm in thickness enabling the Wellsteads to perform more promotional jobs in-house.
It can perform full text searching so that important information such as property details and client notes, can be instantly be found.
